We are a non-commercial service institution with the goal of promoting youth exchange and mobility in the Baltic Sea region. We offer information, contacts and help with the organisation of youth encounters around the Baltic Sea, study visits, seminars and learning units on the topic of intercultural learning. We support the work of youth groups, youth organisations and other youths.
