VIA organises exchange programs, internships abroad, voluntary services and au pair. The association offers training for staff in intercultural youth programs and support projects in developing countries. The programs are organised by full time and part time workers as well as by volunteers. Purpose of the association is to advance international exchange and intercultural understanding. This purpose is put into practice by the by foreign country placements in work environments and voluntary engagements.
