Reinhard started working with Eurodesk in 1996. He was among the first members of Eurodesk AISBL’s Executive Committee and since 2008 he is the President of the Association. Reinhard studied Political Sciences, Sociology, European Ethnology and Educational Sciences. He was a trainer for Group Leaders of International Work Camps, and International Secretary of the German National Youth Council. He is currently Head of the Information and International Youth Work and Youth Policy department and the Deputy to the Director at IJAB.
