Pal Szenasi possesses relevant volunteer experience from Great Britain, and is a former participant of Erasmus program in Turkey. Works at Vértes Agoraja, which is a local center for culture and education, aiming to develop and organize the life of the local community, respecting and preserving traditions, objecting innovation, respecting local identity, values and characteristics of Tatabánya, in addition it’s intention to create new traditions, establishing alternative community development trends. Juvenility as a higlited target group is suported by offices such as Agora Start Tehetségpont for talent management, Ifjúsági és Start Iroda for vocational and lifestyle orientation.
