Hi, my name is Heidi and I have been working at the Youth Information Service since 2003. Before I joined the Youth Information Service and Eurodesk, I worked in the field of international youth work for eleven years and organised youth exchanges, workcamps and meetings. I am now responsible for the running of the Eurodesk office in Dresden and the surroundings. I answer queries on international youth mobility, youth policies and funding programmes. Besides I organise meetings, workshops, training and other events, prepare our websites and information materials.
